The newest sci-fi RPG from HoYoverse features plenty of ways for players to power up their characters between its gacha system and gameplay. Light Cones and Relics offer major stat boosts for characters, often boasting unique effects catered towards individual members of Star Rail's roster. Now, the game's most character-specific form of powerup is getting a major upgrade with the next version.
